Online bookings are available for all new and existing patients at all of our branches.
If you are an existing patient and your email address is not found when you register for online bookings please call us immediately to have it added to your account. Please do not re-register as a new patient if you are an existing patient as the system will have you registered twice and will, therefore, duplicate your records.
All online bookings require prepayment by debit card or credit card and incur an non-refundable online booking fee. To avoid the online booking fee please feel free to make your booking by telephone or visiting us during opening hours.
If you are a new patient and you are unsure which type of assessment appointment to book please telephone our friendly reception staff who will be happy to help you. All new patients must pre-pay for their assessment appointment, at the time of booking, no matter how they book their appointment
PLEASE NOTE: If you fail to give us at least one working days notice when changing or cancelling an appointment you will be liable for the full cost of the unused appointment unless we can use it for someone else.
